I ordered from stardust.com and, to be fair, the item did arrive without any issues and looked decent at first glance. But once I actually felt the material, I was disappointed. It was thinner than I expected and had a scratchy feel that didn’t really match how it looked in the photos. After just one wash, it already seemed kind of worn out, which was frustrating for the price. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me, the quality just wasn’t there, so I don’t think I’d order again.

"Not really worth the price"
I paid for it expecting it to be decent, but it felt overpriced for what you actually get. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not enough value for the money, if that makes sense. I don’t think I’d spend my money there again

I was trying to pay for my order, but the checkout just kept freezing for no clear reason. My cart wouldn’t move forward and I couldn’t complete the purchase. it gave me the feeling they care more about pushing sales than making sure the basic buying process actually works.

I never felt like it was clear what was going on. Every time I expected an update or some basic explanation, I ended up having to piece things together myself. It kind of makes you wonder if keeping people informed just isn’t much of a priority

Ordered two moon lamps and somehow received one random poster instead. Reached out to support, but they kept insisting it matched my order. Definitely didn’t, and felt frustrating.

Walked in thinking I’d just grab what I needed and be out. Nope. The selection was really small. Like, I kept checking different spots thinking maybe I was missing something, but there just wasn’t much there. Ended up leaving without finding what I came for

I thought the prices were a bit higher than they needed to be, but overall it wasn’t a terrible experience. There were a few things I liked, I just wish the value matched the cost a little better.

I had an issue with my order on Stardust and tried to get it sorted out, but customer support kept sending me the same generic replies and asking for information I had already provided. After more than a week, nothing was really resolved, and it felt like they were just hoping I’d give up. I’m curious if other people have had the same experience, because this was frustrating. I wouldn’t use them again

"Tracking is sorta confusing"
My order has had the weirdest tracking updates for days now. One day it says it shipped, then it says it’s waiting for the carrier, and then nothing changes at all. I tried reaching out to Stardust, but I didn’t really get any help, just the same tracking info I can already see myself. It’s sorta frustrating because I still have no idea where my package is. I don’t think I’d order again.

"Didn’t Feel Comfortable Checking Out"
I tried to place an order, but once I got to the payment page, it just didn’t feel right to me. I kept getting strange errors, and there wasn’t enough clear information to make me feel secure. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I’m not risking my card details on a checkout page that makes me uneasy, so I backed out

"Not much to tweak"
I was expecting a few more customization options, even just small stuff like changing colors, layout spacing, or little settings here and there. But there really isn’t much to adjust. It works, I guess, but if you’re the kind of person who likes getting things set up exactly how you want, it feels limited.

I was frustrated when this showed up because the pictures were way off from what I actually got. It didn’t look close to the listing at all, so it felt misleading. I’m not worried about updates or anything like that, just disappointed that the photos didn’t match the real item.

Maybe it’s just me, but I found the whole thing confusing to use, and it felt slower than I expected. I’m not trying to be overly critical, but I had to spend more time figuring things out than I think I should have.

"Felt a Bit Like a Bait and Switch"
The site itself is fine, but the customer service was really disappointing. It kind of gave me that bait and switch feeling because everything seemed easy upfront, but once I actually needed help, getting a response took forever. I had to send follow-up emails, and even then the answers were basic. It’s not the worst experience I’ve had, but it was frustrating when I just needed a quick reply

"Not terrible, but I expected better"
I ordered from stardust.com and, to be fair, the item does work and shipping was totally fine. But I’m not going to pretend the quality matched the price. It looked nicer online than it did once I got it, and the material feels kind of cheap. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind, but for what I paid, I expected it to feel more durable. I’m not saying it’s useless or anything, I’m just not really happy with the quality overall.

"Shipping took way longer than the website said"
I ordered from stardust.com because the checkout page made it seem like shipping would only take a few days. Then my package basically just sat there and didn’t move for over a week, which was confusing since the website said one thing and the tracking told a totally different story. I kept checking for updates, but there was barely anything to go on. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t really need it anymore. The product itself might be okay, but the delivery experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something within a reasonable timeframe...

"Late Delivery and Useless Support"
My order showed up late and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept contacting support and all they’d say was to wait a little longer, which was no help at all. I needed it for a gift, so the whole thing was really frustrating. i feel kind of stupid for trusting stardust in the first place. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Wouldn’t pick this as a gift again"
I ordered this from Stardust for a birthday gift, it was a letdown. It looked nicer online than it did in person, which always annoys me because photos can make anything look fancy if the lighting is right. The packaging also felt cheap, not really the kind of thing I’d be excited to hand to someone. I kept thinking, “Do I need to rewrap this or just start over?”
On top of that, it showed up later than expected, so I ended up running out to buy a backup gift last minute, which was not how I wanted to spend my afternoon. I did grab coffee while I was out, so I guess there was one small win. It might be okay if you’re just buying something for yourself, but for gifting, I wouldn’t go with it again.

"Fell Apart Way Too Fast"
I’ve only used this twice and it’s already starting to fall apart. that’s frustrating because I expected it to last a lot longer than that. Definitely not happy with the quality.

"Terrible packaging and really bad timing"
My order showed up in this flimsy thin box with almost no padding, and of course it arrived right when I actually needed everything in good shape. The corners were all crushed like the package had been tossed around the whole way here. One of the items had marks on it too because it was just loose inside the box. For the price I paid, I expected way better. Frustrating timing and packaging. I won’t be ordering again unless they fix this
